pain

hits some harder than others.

& so i cried myself to sleep, hoping the pain would go away...

i may have complained the entire time i was doing it,

but i washed, hung, folded, & put away EVERYONE'S laundry.

i have an amazing father.

i seriously couldn't have a better one.

he totally lied to me!

he told me that he was gonna get me the Kindle like i asked but that it wouldn't arrive until the 29th...

well yesterday i'm in his room watching tv with my mom and he pokes his head in and asks me if i had school this coming up week. when i tell him no he tells me that my "kindle" actually came in and if i want it now, or if i want to wait until christmas to open it. at first i tell him i can wait, but he asked if i was sure so i went ahead and said yes.

he tells me to close my eyes and face my mom. when he put the box in front of me and told me to open my eyes, i see a brand new HP laptop sitting in front of me!!

now keep in mind that i've been needing one DESPARATELY and was way bummed when we didn't go out on black friday to look for one.

he seriously made this the best christmas ever!!
